Poached Eggs with Yoghurt

2 servings. Cooking time: 10 minutes.
Ingredients
- 2 eggs
- 2 tablespoons of vinegar
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 glass strained yoghurt
- A pinch of red pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, dry mint
Preparation
1. Boil 1 liter of water, then add the vinegar.
2. Crack the egg into the ladle and gently put it in the water. Cook for 3-4 minutes.
3. Crush the garlic and mix with the strained yogurt.
4. After heating up the butter, add pepper flakes, black pepper, salt, and mint.
5. Using a spatula, remove the egg and place it on the yoghurt with garlic.
6. Finally, pour over the butter sauce.
