Mother Bread

10 servings. Cooking time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 4 glasses wheat flour
  • 1 packet of dry yeast
  • 200 ml warm milk
  • 2 tablespoons of sugar
  • 1 onion
  • 2 tablespoons of paprika paste
  • 1 glass boiled lentil
  • 1 tablespoon of olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt, black cumin, cumin, sesame, red pepper flakes

Preparation

1. Put 1 packet of dry yeast in a deep bowl and pour the warmed-up milk on it. Add 2 tablespoons of sugar and 1 teaspoon of salt, and mix.

2. Add flour to the blend as much as it takes and knead it. Cover and leave it to ferment for one hour.

3. Put the lentils in the fermented dough and knead again. Cover it again and wait for ½ hour.

4. Grease the baking pan with olive oil and spread the dough in it.

5. Place your covered dough pot inside the oven heated to 180 degrees. Place a container full of water at the bottom of the oven for steam. Cook for 15-20 minutes.

6. Unfold the pre-baked bread and spread the paprika paste on it. Sprinkle the cumin, sesame, red pepper flakes, and black cumin seeds, and place finely chopped onions.

7. Cook the bread for 10-15 minutes until the ingredients on it are browned.
