Fish Patties with Apple Puree

Four servings. Cooking time: 40 minutes.

Ingredients

  • 1 sea bass
  • 1 onion
  • 1 egg
  • 1 glass of bread crumbs
  • 10 sprigs of parsley
  • 1 glass of grated kashar cheese
  • ½ teaspoon salt and black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons of olive oil
  • Ingredients for the sauce: 2 apples, 1 onion, 1 teaspoon cinnamon powder, 1 glass of water, 2 tablespoons olive oil, ½ teaspoon salt, and black pepper

Preparation

1. Cover the sea bass with salt, black pepper, and olive oil and cook on low heat.

2. When you're sure you've removed all the fish's bones, add grated onions, breadcrumbs, chopped parsley, grated cheese, 1 beaten egg, salt, and black pepper, and knead them.

3. Prepare fish patties in walnut size

4. Soften the grated onions in olive oil. Add the apples you grated, cinnamon, salt, and black pepper. Cook on medium heat by adding water.

5. Pan fry the fish patties on low heat.

6. Place the apple puree and fish patties on the plate you will serve. Sprinkle ground red pepper. Garnish as you wish.
