Baked Ziti with Tuna Fish

4 servings. Cooking time: 30 minutes.

Ingredients

  • ½ package of ziti
  • 2 boxes of Tuna fish
  • 10 sprigs of chervil
  • 10 sprigs of fresh coriander
  • 1 glass of grated kashar cheese
  • Salt, black pepper, red pepper flakes
  • Ingredients for béchamel sauce: 1 glass milk, ½ glass water, 1 tablespoon of butter, 1 tablespoon of flour, ½ tablespoon of olive oil

Preparation

1. Add ½ tablespoon of olive oil and salt to the boiled water and boil the pasta. Before it gets too soft, take it off the stove and drain with little water.

2. Melt the butter and mix in the flour to cook. Add the milk little by little and stir slowly to prevent the flour from clumping. Add water and olive oil and stir until thickened.

3. Add the béchamel sauce to the pasta. Add tuna fish, chopped parsley, coriander, and half of the grated kashar cheese.

4. Pour the pasta mixture into your baking dish after greasing it. Put salt, black pepper, and red pepper according to your taste.

5. After mixing for the last time, disperse the remaining grated kashar cheese and put it in the oven. Bake it in a turbo oven at 200 degrees until slightly browned.
