Mosaic with Turkish Delight

10-12 servings. Cooking time: 15 minutes.
Ingredients
- 1.5 packs of biscuits
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- 1.5 tablespoons of cocoa powder
- 125 ml milk
- 100 g granulated sugar
- ½ egg
- 10 pieces Turkish delight
- 2 handfuls of hazelnuts
Preparation
1. Melt the butter. Add the cocoa. Add the milk little by little, trying not to burn the cocoa.
2. Add sugar to the mixture and let it cool after stirring.
3. After the mixture become lukewarm to cold, add the beaten egg and mix.
4. Cut the Turkish delights into small pieces. Granulate the hazelnuts.
5. Cut the biscuits into small pieces and add them to the mixture with hazelnuts and Turkish delights.
6. Pour the mixture onto the baking paper in a cylindrical shape and pack it into a full cylinder.
7. Cover the paper ends. Leave it in the freezer for at least one hour to harden.
